Work with the development team to deliver a PLM solution for the Thermal business segment
Create actionable deliverables based on Thermal business needs
Create and refine actionable tasks for required features and enhancements
Work with stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables, timelines and KPIs
Work with a globally distributed work force
BS degree minium in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience
2+ years experience with PLM systems and product development
Familarity with Agile development methodologies
The ability to translate business needs into user stories that drive development
The ability to effectively communicate complex PLM concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization in order to build consensus and facilitate decision-making
Working knowledge of PLM software, with a preference for Dassault Enovia
Working knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP
Working knowledge of MCAD and ECAD management and vaulting systems
The ability to adapt, learn and perform in a fast pace environment
