Your responsibilities
You will provide project support for all project related tasks, especially for project administration and communication.
Support includes definition of projects, development, production and maintenance of business cases; time, resource, cost and exception plans, and the use of related software tools.
Provide tracking and reporting of project progress and performance and preparation of project meetings, workshops and documentation.
Interact with: (inbound, outbound) Project Manager (PMO tasks, PMO support) and Project Management Officer (PMO tasks, PMO support)
Use recommended project management and controls solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking
Set up and provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques
Support the definition of project KPIs, i.e. earned value
Support in the organization, execution and follow-up of project meetings
Monitor costs, time scales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
Assist with the compilation of project management reports and gathers and consolidates project related information
Maintain project files from supplied actual and forecast data ( i.e.presentations, analysis, reports, statistics)
