Your responsibilities

  • You will provide project support for all project related tasks, especially for project administration and communication.

  • Support includes definition of projects, development, production and maintenance of business cases; time, resource, cost and exception plans, and the use of related software tools.

  • Provide tracking and reporting of project progress and performance and preparation of project meetings, workshops and documentation.

  • Interact with: (inbound, outbound) Project Manager (PMO tasks, PMO support) and Project Management Officer (PMO tasks, PMO support)

  • Use recommended project management and controls solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking

  • Set up and provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques

  • Support the definition of project KPIs, i.e. earned value

  • Support in the organization, execution and follow-up of project meetings

  • Monitor costs, time scales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances

  • Assist with the compilation of project management reports and gathers and consolidates project related information

  • Maintain project files from supplied actual and forecast data ( i.e.presentations, analysis, reports, statistics)
