    The General Counsel COO Office is looking for a talented, experienced individual to join PMO & Business Systems Management Team. You will become a part of international community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will receive close insights in a global Bank and the way it is internally steered.

    The PMO & Business Systems Management Team supports General Counsel systems primarily in the areas of activity and document management and interacts with various stakeholders in the regions Switzerland, EMEA, Americas and APAC. You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:

    • Taking on responsibility for project management office activities such as tracking of activities, planning, supporting the project manager with the preparation of presentations, etc. You will also have the opportunity to lead your own small projects
    • Assisting in specifying and building innovative automation solutions including business requirements gathering, conducting problem analysis and defining solutions
    • Driving the monthly Senior Management reporting across all GC Functions
    • Managing and acting as General Counsel’s systems’ support, primarily in the areas of activity and document management including release testing
    • Working closely with the IT Support organization and vendors on resolution of IT issues and incidents
    • Creating and maintaining clear and consistent process flow documentation, including end-user training materials
    • Collaboration with various business partners in the regions of Switzerland, EMEA, Americas and APAC

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You have 2-3 years of work experience in a corporate environment
    • You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • You possess excellent conceptual thinking and analytical skills and you have strong focus on efficiency and effectiveness
    • You are motivated and top-quality oriented individual with an ability to resolve matters promptly in a constructive manner
    • You possess supreme time management & resource/talent allocation skills demonstrated
    • You are confident & conscious communicator with ability to convey complex matters in a crisp manner
    • You are fluent in English
    • You hold a university degree
