About the project

As a PMO at Capco, you will be involved in all aspects of PMO activities to support high-profile projects, programmes and portfolios for our clients. Depending on the client and project, you may get the chance to manage small to medium scale projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the programme/projects to ensure it achieved in line with the requirements and the framework

  • Define required scope, quality, cost, and effort of the projects

  • Track and report financial performance metrics

  • Create budget control to manage expenses and escalate budget spend discrepancies highlighting their potential causes

  • Take ownership of problems resolving them where possible and escalate when needed

  • Identify and manage change requests and estimate their impact on scope, time, budget, and effort

  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders

Our requirements

  • 3+ years in programme/project management role on projects across regions or countries

  • Understanding of the Programme and Project lifecycle

  • Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMO processes, and best practice techniques

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference


  • Agile, JIRA, Confluence experience

  • PMP or MSP training or certification
