Your responsibilities
Support the Digital Action Field Logistics team in all aspects of project management, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
Support the team in implementing digitalization initiatives in logistics, including identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements
Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation
Help manage project budgets and resources, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with team members to identify and address project risks and issues
Assist our department with initiatives that will increase our agility, innovation strength and team cooperation
Our requirements
Fluency in English
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks proactively
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira etc.
Familiarity with digitalization technologies and their application in logistics are beneficial
Ability to work independently
