Your responsibilities

  • Taking the role of the Scrum Master in project meetings in order to ensure appropriate distribution of projects

  • Identifying resources needed for the delivery of the projects

  • Ongoing review of project priorities and progress

  • Tracking project delivery to plan, including planned deliverables, to meet the timeline and scope

  • Cooperating with internal customers on designing the vision, user journeys, the design and communication related to projects

  • Assisting internal customers in developing accurate and efficient learning and engagement solutions

  • Taking ownership of the administration of designated ongoing processes in People Engagement, as well as People and Culture streams of Global Functions Innovation teams

  • Ensuring a consistent and appropriate communication for all the entities in the scope of the managed projects and processes

  • Raising and escalating any potential project risks, issues and dependencies to the team manager

  • Providing an executive summary (including progress, key actions, risks and issues) of projects to the team manager

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in L&D, communications or project management environment

  • Extensive knowledge of internal communication, L&D and project management processes in a complex organization

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Organisation skills

  • Passion for providing a high quality service to stakeholders

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels

  • Be able to work independently

  • The ideal candidates for this role will also have expertise in

  • Design thinking

  • Agile ways of working
