    We are creating SAP & IT competency center (GSO) providing IT services to Deutsche Telekom in Europe - a place full of ambitious people, creative ideas and positive energy.

    Role:
    • As a PMO specialist you will be a part of the project team of one of the largest ongoing international SAP ERP implementation programs for Deutsche Telekom Group in European subsidiaries. You will join the Build Factory Management team and will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, reporting, communication and other PMO functions in relation to Build management. The program will continue for next few years and provides multiple opportunities for career growth in the international environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Budget planning and monthly actual/forecast reporting
    • Build deliverables planning and status monitoring
    • Preparation of status reporting to the Program Management
    • Communication with various stakeholders
    • Unit test management
    • Build defect management
    • Management of escalations
    • Issues/risk management, and various administrative support related to Build Management or Program Management

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT area,
    • Understanding of the specifics of SAP implementations,
    • Orderly and consistent approach towards everyday duties,
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills,
    • Analytical skills,
    • Ability to deliver results under pressure,
    • Ability to work with multiple tasks at the same time,
    • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills,
    • Fluent written and spoken English,
    • Nice to have:
      • SAP Solution Manager experience (user level),
      • Previous project management experience or theoretical knowledge,
      • Experience with international project teams,
      • German language skills.
