Your responsibilities

  • organising the Project Portfolio management process in the area of responsibility

  • ensuring compliance to HEINEKEN Project methodologies

  • assuring HKR Project Governance compliance in terms of process, quality, documentation and timelines, making sure there is a smooth and well organized drumbeat

  • validating priority/capacity/resource planning and highlighted risks in the Project Proposals and final Project Charters

  • maintaining accurate records and preparing managerial reports on 1/ Projects Progress 2/ Resource Capacity 3/ Costs vs Benefits of Actuals compared to Plan

  • consolidating and presenting the Project Portfolio results

  • leading Portfolio review meetings with senior stakeholders, preparing materials and meeting minutes

  • integration of the Transformation C&C approach in programmes/projects

  • sharing of good practices

  • building on the stakeholder management

Our requirements

  • you have at least 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in BPO/SSC

  • you have minimum 1 year experience in Project Management or Transition methodology

  • you have a record of successful coordinating / supporting small to medium size and complex projects

  • you own University degree

  • you are proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues and have a continuous improvement mindset

  • you have experience in driving / supporting projects and programmes as PMO / Project Manager

  • you have knowledge of project and programme management principles and techniques (Preferably also with HEINEKEN P3M methodology)

  • you have high stakeholder awareness

  • you pay attention to details

  • you are comfortable working with and analyzing number

  • you are able to simplify complex topics and drive/support discussions

  • you are able to translate complex topics in compelling presentations

  • you have excellent communication and writing skills

  • you have good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint

  • you are familiar with SharePoint and other database systems

  • you are willing and capable to coach Project Leaders

  • you have excellent written and verbal English
