Your responsibilities

  • Delivers administration & communication support

  • Uses and assists in development of specific PMO standards and methods

  • Maintain PMO systems, tools, processes, and templates

  • Manage and facilitate collection of project data within the PMO systems

  • Collaborate with Finance for monitoring financial metrics, preparing and consolidating forecasts

  • Support PMO in collection, interpretation, and analysis of project financial data and resource management needs

  • Collect data for PMO KPI reporting as well as project trend analyses

  • Collect and analyze documentation and data for routine PMO status reports

  • Prepare, document, and track actions for PMO governance meetings

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or administrative field, finance experience is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a process oriented environment with heavy process interaction, process ownership and improvement responsibility preferred

  • Superb knowledge in Excel is a must with experience in MS 365 applications and financial software

  • Ability to manage time, be organized, and work with minimal supervision

  • Service minded

  • Detail oriented and striving for perfection; quality mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes with attention to detail

  • Able to work cross-functionally with diverse teams on various topics

  • Knowledge of and ability to work within a global corporate environment is required. Highly collaborative

  • Excellent documentation skills including proofreading to ensure accuracy of content

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (listening, written, and verbal) in English

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization effectively

Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the PMO systems, tools, and reports used to support Project Management, Financial Controls, Resource Management, Stakeholder Communications. The PMO Analyst is a critical role in supporting the North America Market PMO in delivering predictable and flawless execution of Programs, Projects, and Initiatives across our transformation roadmap.
