    Description:

    We are offering an exciting role within Strategic Cost Transformation Program to support realisation of the external commitment to reduce the Firm’s Operating Expenses cost base. As part of the program, you will be responsible for governing and overseeing a portfolio of cost saving initiatives, supporting Program Managers in their program management activities and providing required Management Information to senior program and business partners.

     

    As PMO - Strategic Cost Transformation (SCT) you will be given:

    • Opportunity to become part of a highly motivated team focusing on supporting the Strategic Cost Transformation (SCT) Program chaired by the Group COO in collaboration with all Divisional and Functions COOs
    • Opportunity to support the team driving and managing the SCT Program on a day-to-day basis in a PMO capacity. Including portfolio management across the SCT programs and ensuring governance and transparency is available for senior management and key partners

    Qualifications:

    • You have min. 1,5 year of proven experience in PMO/program management and an excellent track record in finance, consulting or financial services industry
    • You hold a university degree or equivalent
    • Experience with OnePPM or similar program management methodology is required
    • You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills and outstanding client focus
    • You are able to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner and have first class presentation skills
    • You have solid strategic analysis, financial analytics problem solving, issue resolution and decision-making skills
    • Experience in a program/portfolio financial controlling role would be an asset
    • A constructive approach to your work and to a feedback culture; excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment are essential
    • You are able to deal with sensitive and confidential issues appropriately
    • You adapt quickly to new priorities/challenges
    • You show willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements to the daily activities
    • Fluency in English is needed
