By joining our Team within Chief Compliance Officer function you will have a chance to build up your career by coordinating global policies as well as cooperating closely with our senior partners from other locations.

  • Acting as global point of contact for all questions regarding issuance, renewal and revoking of policies
  • Administration of internal system used for maintenance of Bank internal regulations (MyPolicies)
  • Providing high-touch, user-friendly assistance to employees with questions and issues relating to finding applicable policies
  • Providing support to authors (e.g. explain processes), employees (e.g. use of MyPolicies and other internal systems) and Implementation Officers in branches and subsidiaries abroad
  • Cooperation with internal service providers (e.g. Language Services)
  • Taking care of maintaining team Intranet website
  • Preparing various reports and metrics relating to policies

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree (Administration, Law, Economics, Linguistics or related
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • 2 years of working experience, preferably in a global corporate environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills as well as a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes
  • Motivation to work in multicultural and international environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passionate about learning new things and identifying key business concerns
  • German would be an asset
