Your responsibilities

  • Investigate and report on operational risk incidents from initial classification and root cause identification through remediation action development and completion.

  • Support and advise control owners as required on topics such as key control creation, documentation, design and testing and if required, fundamentals of issue identification and remediation.

  • Maintain the Key Control inventory, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, elimination of exceptions, identification and resolution of problematic inputs.

  • Learn, track and advise on Credit Suisse Non-Financial Risk frameworks, including Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) and Credit Suisse’s Policy framework.

  • Facilitate Risk Control Self-Assessments to evaluate applicable inherent risk severity, strength of control environment and remaining residual risk exposure.

  • Produce and compile risk metrics and management information. Analyze MI, incidents, etc. to identify patterns or trends requiring action.

Our requirements

  • You should have an interest in Non-Financial Risk (risk from sources outside the financial markets) including operational risk, technology, cyber, compliance and conduct risk.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proven experience in Risk Management, Operations, Audit, Compliance or HR related role

  • Knowledge of HR is a plus.

  • Proven skills in data analysis, quantitative analysis

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure.

  • Understanding of how laws/ regulations translate into business process and system requirements.

  • Proven experience identifying and implementing improvements.

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
