Your responsibilities
What will you be doing?
You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for polish employees. You will be focusing on:
•Preparing payroll on monthly basis (registration new employees in local ERP)
•Maintaining reports for ZUS (PŁATNIK registration/deregistration ), Tax Authority and other institutions (GUS, PFRON).
•Preparing statements of employment and earnings
•Verifying time sheets
•Providing pay slips for employees
•Archiving documentation
•Time and attendance in Lotus Notes
Our requirements
Who are you?
•You understand accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
•You have at least 2 years of experience in payroll area
•You have advanced knowledge of:Polish labour law and social security regulations
GUS reporting standards
Social Benefit Fund (ZFŚS) issues
•You pay attention to the details
•You know how to work with confidential data
•You can communicate in English on very good level.
