Polish Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing & validation of payroll results

  • Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing

  • Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity

  • Cooperates with Social Security Institution and Tax Office

  • Maintain Social Security platform "Płatnik" and "ZUS PUE"

  • Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for Statistical Office

  • Handles payroll queries raised by customers

  • Assists in preparing the annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation

  • Maintains positive, collaborative working relationships to ensure open communication & strong partnerships with the team and the clients

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of processing Polish payroll

  • Intermeidate/business level in English

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the current Polish legislation and statutory requirements?

  • Experience using SAGE/SYMFONIA or similar systems is an advantage

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel

  • Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
