    Portfolio Services Account Manager with German


    Job Summary:

    The candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play a key role in the management of a client-dedicated account team. The candidate will report directly to Portfolio Services Director of Operations and cooperate closely with global teams delivering service to the Client from other corners of the world.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and motivating the Account Team of above 40 employees
    • Fully accountable for the Account Team's deliverables, capacity and workload planning, resourcing
    • Participating in employees' development by coaching, delegating and constructive feedback as well as identifying areas for employees' development
    • First point of contact to CBRE Global Lease Administration Team dedicated to the Client
    • Building strong working relationships with the Client, attending Client and internal meetings in Warsaw and abroad
    • Ensuring policies and procedures are valid and updated regularly where needed
    • Supporting in escalations across the global account team, monitoring escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution
    • Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the account
    • Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
    • Risk management and cooperation with audit departments
    • Ensuring proper reconciliation of account budgets
    • Regular reporting on account shape including risks and suggesting mitigation plan
    • Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices
    • Involvement in strategy building for the account, in cooperation with Client and internal stakeholders
