Your responsibilities
providing excellent customer service (supporting Portuguese clients)
building up positive relationships with customers
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
monitoring of the situation on financial markets
working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Our requirements
Portuguese language - native or proficiency level required
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

good knowledge of MS Office

previous experience in a customer service role
knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
