Currently Phibro operates in Poland marketing to the poultry vaccine market. Our sales are through an exclusive distributor. Effective from January 2020, Phibro has created a new enitity – Phibro Poland – in order to market current and future Phibro products directly to Polish customers.

Poultry Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for sales in his/her territory, as well as managing relations with clients, advising, negotiating and closing new contracts. A KAM must have a deep understanding of the poultry business, company products and a profound knowledge of his/her territory, through analyzing the competitors and the market potential.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Responsibility for promotion and sales of Phibro products in the assigned territory (Key accounts)
  • Meeting /exceeding sales goals
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and participating in professional conventions
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to advise, evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients, preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • promoting company programs
  • Taking care of payments from clients
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports and analysis, regarding visits, competitors' activities, market potential

Qualifications 

  • Education – DVM / Zootechnician
  • Deep understanding of the poultry business
  • Sales and marketing experience – 3 years
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of English – spoken and written
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Great team-player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
