We are looking for a Power BI Developer ready to share and grow
The role of Power BI Developer is within the Data & Reporting team. The mission of the team is to develop BEC’s management cockpit, dashboards and reports which enable and support managers on all levels, Finance and HR areas plus other stakeholders in fulfilling their objectives by satisfying their information needs and supporting their decision-making process. The team truly contributes to BEC becoming a data-driven organisation.
We have two vancancies open.
Developing, operating, and maintaining the company’s Power BI management cockpit
Creating high quality visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards by using Power BI desktop
Working with large data sets
Working close with business and data domains to understand data, objectives, and information needs - advising and proposing the best solution
Creating appropriate documentation and guidelines support both use, operation, and further development of our solutions
Being a team player and working agile as part of a strong team with both front end and back end BI developers
Engaging in both internal and external Power BI communities to build knowledge and further evolve the application Power BI in our company
Educational degree related to the position advertised
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Power BI developer or similar role (have a proven and documented experience with Power BI and data warehousing)
Very good knowledge of data models
Experience in working with databases, SQL, and DAX
Basic understanding of Azure
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to details
Proactive approach at work
Fluency in English
