We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. To strengthen our IS Transformation Office, we are looking for a Software Asset Management Specialist.

You will be responsible for overseeing the global software licensing and providing input into strategic decisions that affect the whole Business.

Your responsibilities
  • Perform inventory and usage monitoring of all IT Software Assets, including SaaS subscriptions, to maintain their accuracy and compliance
  • Administer the process of IT Software Assets inventory, asset management processes and re-enforce adherence to established SAM framework to ensure compliance
  • Conduct periodic software and SaaS subscription audits to ensure completeness
  • Generate software reports to communicate and monitor compliance, entitlement, liability, usage, and cost data
  • Develop processes and procedures to manage software lifecycle and ensures appropriate resources (tools, services, and support) are in place
  • Ensure the repository for updates and documentation of contracts, terms, and statement of works (SOWs) is maintained by the owners
  • Coordinate with product management team to maintain knowledge on all licensing changes. Maintain knowledge on all compliance trends; recommend and implement improvements
Your background
  • Several years of experience in IT License Management, Provider Management and/or Procurement practices preferably within an IT Environment Ability to explain IT license models and consult technical staff and the business
  • Good English conversational and writing skills are required
  • 30% Travel flexibility
