Your responsibilities

  • Perform market research, identify opportunities, trends and group interests and prepare proposals to the Marketing & Communications Director.

  • Draft the Social Media monthly plan and present proposals to the Marketing & Communications Director.

  • Brief the marketing and digital agencies about the new projects.

  • Respond to the requests for information release or press conference from the internal client (leasing, investment, asset management).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Globalworth community, employees, and public interest groups.

  • Draft press releases and present them to the Marketing & Communications Director.

  • Prepare and edit the organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.

  • Update and maintain the content for the corporate and retail assets websites.

  • Strengthen the relationships with the tenants, identify their needs and expectations for each event.

  • Plan events, design and production within time and budget limits.

  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure all the details are in order.

  • Book the event suppliers (e.g. entertainers, photographers etc.) and schedule the speakers, if appropriate.

  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

  • Cooperate with Marketing & Communications Director to promote and publicize the event; provide content for social media during and post event.

  • Prepare the contracts and invoices for each project; assure the contracts are signed before the event day; ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.

  • Prepare the reports post event, including the findings and recommendations.

  • Propose ideas to improve the marketing and PR activities.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in PR / event coordination, preferable experience in real estate sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Public Relations is preferred.

  • English – good oral and written skills.

  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Curious mind, open to learn, adaptability skills.

  • Flexibility.

  • Engagement.

  • Willingness to travel.
