Working with PR & Communications Regional Manager in executing exciting communications and PR activities in EMEA;
Executing of comprehensive social media and content strategies – developing our social media channels, as well as company blog, creating and publishing content on external and internal company sites;
Managing a network of writers and agencies to produce content across all channels – social, blog, website and more;
Coordinating visibility events engagements to ensure a maximum brand exposure, as well as assisting our speakers on-site;
Reporting on the results of the provided campaigns;
Assisting in managing budgets;
Undertaking administrative tasks to ensure smooth functionality of PR & Marketing initiatives in EMEA region;
Contributing to company’s CSR initiatives – building landing pages, organizing social media campaigns, undertaking some administrative tasks;
Working closely with all business units across the company, integrated Marketing & Communications Team, our business partners and suppliers;
Participating in brain storms and creative sessions for communications & marketing plans and strategies.
2-3 years’ of experience in an in-house PR/marketing department (experience in B2B company will be an asset) or on the agency side (proven experience in working for B2B clients will be preferred);
Master’s degree (in social science / journalism / marketing / business / economics etc.);
Proven writing skills;
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English;
Passion for all forms of content writing and communication;
Fluent in MS Office;
Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and CMS platforms, WordPress is a plus;
Graphic design knowledge – Figma is a plus, but not a must;
Experience with content formats like video, podcasts, social media.
