Your responsibilities
- The key responsibility of the Sales Director is increasing turnover of the Company and managing margin levels in line with business assumptions.
- Development of the strategy and managing goals to realize the mission and vision of the Company.
- Managing sales and marketing capmaigns and overall activities and analyzing their effectiveness
- identifying new market opportunities and recommending development targets
- Building a required image of the Company amongst customers and vendors.
- Being a partner to the customers on the product design and selection
- Managing Sales budget and holding responsibility for overall sales costs with implementing cost leadership within sales activities.
- Develop national and international sales staff and sales channels
Our requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing or related
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales area, including 5 years on the management position (Sales or Marketing team)
- High level of knowledge and experience in sales in Consumer Goods sector, preferably in food production company, B2B,
- Expertise in sales and negotiations techniques
- Fluency in business English is a must, prefrerred other foreign language (German, Frennch)
- Availability and willingness to travel (domestic and international business travels),
- High leadership skills,
- goal oriented and management by objectives/KPI's
- High level of independence in running advanced sales projects.
