Twój zakres obowiązków
We are the Architype company, part of Architype Stone Group, operating on the Polish market for 3 years - a distributor of acrylic stone from South Korea and China, engineered quartz from Israel and China. Our portfolio includes ceramic plates made in Italy and Spain, sinks and other related materials.
We are now looking for an Chief Executive Officer capable of developing and scaling the business in Europe.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure effective management and interaction of all company divisions (Warehouse, customer service, logistics, procurement, marketing, finance, IT);
2. Optimization of the organizational and staff structure, systems of motivation and development of personnel of different levels, development of new ones.
3. Development of a strategy related to the further development of the company
4. Achievement of financial indicators
5. Planning and control of the implementation of budgets and financial indicators
6. Effective use of equipment and personnel, minimization of costs
7. Formation of pricing policy and discount policy
8. Centralization and automation of all business processes (introduction of CRM system for all departments, development of ERP), WMS and others
9. Analysis and administration of the company's commercial activity, competitive environment, formation and realization of sales development strategy;
10. Work with assortment and categories (development, coordination, introduction of new ones, withdrawal and work with illiquid)
11. Development and maintenance of a positive and productive culture of the company and employer brand
Nasze wymagania
Experience in the positions of Managing Director / CEO
experience in managing commercial companies in B2B
experience in sales, planning and achieving sales targets
experience in managerial work based on KPIs and financial analysis to increase the company's profitability
leadership skills and strategic thinking
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficient knowledge of the English in speech and writing
