Your responsibilities

  • You will be based in our Poznań office as part of our global practice hub team. With primary focus on the Poznań team, you will play a key role in the professional development, strategy, projects, and process improvement activities for the local service line.

  • You will work with the leadership team on the development and implementation of strategic service line specific initiatives. You will also participate in projects focused on developing knowledge within the practice hub including projects focused on developing digital solutions.

  • You will lead, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and overall job satisfaction, monitor operations and service levels and propose improvements/solutions if/where necessary.

  • In this role, you will also participate in and help in recruiting efforts (as needed) and work closely with the operations manager to ensure development of team members. You will also coach individual team members to ensure high service levels and towards successful achievement of individual goals as well as coach soft skills like communication, mind-set and behaviors.

  • You will help improve internal processes and streamline business functionality. This involves researching current industry trends and using that insight to form relevant, actionable solutions. Additionally, you will identify potential solutions needed to optimize team operations, redesign processes and work with the operations manager in the implementation of process improvements.

  • As part of your role, you will take responsibility for team building and fostering a sense of community in the “new normal”. You will participate in onboarding team members and lead projects/initiatives related to the team’s health. You will also observe training needs of team members and propose relevant solutions/tools in order to build the competency and knowledge within the team. You will help shape overall talent strategy for the service line including innovating talent and development with specific learning journey and learning programs.

  • Furthermore, you will drive the collection and delivery of feedback on team’s performance and support process of conducting timely and thorough performance evaluations. You will oversee routine administrative duties such as monitoring absences, reviewing and approving time sheets, overtime, vacation, and sick time. Finally, you will coordinate potential backup and overflow coverage to ensure consistent service and quality during absences, unanticipated departures and peak workloads as well as ensure adherence to firm policies and guidelines.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate or professional services environment

  • 1 year of experience as a practice coordinator or equivalent; experience with leading teams

  • Experience in supporting global or regional initiatives and/or projects

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and drive; demonstrates a can-do attitude and strong desire to deliver great service

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Effective people leadership skills: ability to give feedback, delegate, lead meetings/workshops and make decisions

  • Ability to cooperate at regional and global level

  • Strong leadership orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentations abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)
