Your responsibilities
Pre-Sales Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer queries (phone or chat) and supporting Microsoft's business clients in incoming communication.
Our requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Hebrew (C1 level at least)
- Good knowledge of English (B1+ level at least)
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales will be an asset
