Your responsibilities
As a Presentation Specialist, you will assist in preparation of pitch material, and you will cooperate with top management from Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, and London.
The role requires active participation in developing tools, solutions, and best practices that contribute to the efficiency and quality of the department’s graphics related work as well as support of internal communication and employer branding initiatives. In addition to creating pitch material, the position includes development of training material and delivery of workshops both remotely and locally across Home Markets to promote understanding of design principles.
Our requirements
Fluency in English
High proficiency in PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
Good understanding of design principles
Attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both within a team and individually
Strong communication skills
We also expect you to have 2–5 years of experience in a similar position
Previous experience in the banking or management consulting industry would be an advantage
To be successful in this role, you should be able to prioritize and work towards deadlines
Ability to think creatively and create not only consistently formatted, but also compelling presentations is essential to this role

About the department
Design Hub is a newly established structure within the division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions based in our Norblin office in Warsaw. From 2022 it will also be supporting the Global Financial Crime Prevention function. Being a unique concept, Design Hub is the only team within the organization operating globally and helping executives with presentation design choices. The idea behind establishing the department is to add creative flair, ensure seamless visual experience to our clients, and take visual communication to the next level.
