Your responsibilities

• Support coordination of Pricing activities and reporting

-Gathering and preparing presentation of materials and supporting documents,

-Collation and presentation of monthly reporting,

-Follow up with countries on agreed actions,

-Cooperation with other departments within the organization,

-Monitor and report performance versus targets/plans and report to stakeholders,

-Support and train other team members.

• Development of analytics views to support and drive pricing lead activity

-Provide updates of price performance on key KPIs,

-Measure benefit of individual activities, highlighting success stories and learnings,

• Coordination of Margin Management Cycle (MMC)

-Production of packs to support margin cycle meetings,

-Work with regions to ensure consistent approach to MMC,

-Share cross regional learnings from Margin Cycle activity,

-Monitor impact of changes based on agreed KPIs.

• Tracking and monitoring the implementation and impact of pricing

-Track activity agreed and the implementation,

-Check price changes actioned as agreed,

-Ensure agreed price changes implemented are having expected impact,

-Monitor impact of changes and provide insight in to results and flag potential issues.

• Align measurement and reporting with Regions

-Ensure alignment of metrics with FP&A ahead of being published,

-Monitor performance versus targets and plans and reporting to stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.),

  • Communicative level of English (B2),

  • German and/or Italian and/or Dutch language skills,

  • Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Science or related subject,

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position,

  • Mix of technical skills and business understanding,

  • Highly energetic, assertive, self-starter with positive, confident personality and strong interpersonal skills,

  • Analytical, problem solving and synthesis skills,

  • Experience in processing larger data sets and creating reports,

  • Good organizational skills,

  • Good communication skills,

  • Details oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines,

  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the provision and maintenance of ongoing pricing analysis to support the European Pricing Program and share learnings, insights and opportunities from activity with relevant stakeholders.
