In this role you will report to the Business Unit Pricing & Revenue Infrastructure Manager. Preferred location is Warsaw, however it can be also Zeist (NL) or Dunstable (UK)

About the role
In this role You will be responsible for providing analytical leadership while developing and maintaining reporting and tools.  This role will interact with both internal and external customers including, but not limited to, IT, Controlling, Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management and Sales.

What will You do:
  • Provide analysis and consultation to sales leaders to drive optimal customer behavior
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Controlling to ensure effective communication across EU sales organizations
  • Lead or participate as key user in European and BU projects
  • Support BU Revenue Management initiatives in European sales organizations
  • Identify, develop and maintain reporting, analytics and tools as needed to support internal customers
  • Develop and elevate the skills set within the team
  • Drive best practices and standardization across the BU, primarily focused on EU sales organization harmonization
  • Conduct complex SQL queries and work with other data extraction, reporting and analytic tools to develop reports
  • Develop training documents and lead internal training as needed
  • Act as the “voice-of-reason” and constructively challenge Sales Leadership to ensure that solid decisions are made in the best interest of the company
  • Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary
Who You are / What are your competencies:
  • You have Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business or financial field
  • Five plus years of business experience is with you
  • You are strong in Microsoft Office, SQL, SAP, BW, Power BI or Power Query
  • Interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills are your strong point
  • You have proven problem solving and negotiating skills
  • You are experienced in work with higher management
  • Project management is in place
  • You have business acumen and preferred financial knowledge
  • You are able to travel up to 20%
