NOKIA MN Commercial Management is looking for an open-minded and engaged person who is keen to work on key commercial aspects of NOKIA’s deals and to learn first-class techniques for pricing implementation and business cases creation.

Commercial Management organization plays a key role in achieving NOKIA’s business targets and commercial strategy definition. It consists of experts with various background including finance and technical fields who constantly analyze market trends and customers need in order to make best business decision to secure long-term success.

In this position you will be a part of Customer Pricing team within Commercial Management and you will be responsible for implementation of global/customer pricing and definition of business cases to ensure short and long term competitive positioning and profitability of offered solution including commercial, financial and technical aspects.

Job Description

  • Implement Nokia Pricing Principles in Nokia Pricing Tool for offers to Nokia customers worldwide for Nokia Mobile Networks portfolio.
  • Ensure profitability targets are met as per Nokia Policies.
  • Interact with Nokia Sales / Solution Teams for offer generation.
  • Create offer business case in the respective Nokia tools and the resulting profitability estimation, to provide full transparency (briefings) to the respective decision makers.
  • Create Price Benchmarking.
  • Propose alternative Pricing or Discounting mechanism or optimizations, if applicable.
  • Provide pricing data for analytics.
  • Document pricing assumptions and communicate to relevant teams.
  • Participate the approval in his/her area of responsibility.
  • In order to support the cases worldwide, the Junior Pricing Specialist will be required to work in shifts.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, financial or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shared service center.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluent in Business English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesis skills.
  • Understanding of Business Case building.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure and with complex tasks.
  • Team player.
  • Highly responsible person who act independently within his/her own responsibility area.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Background in pricing would be a clear plus.
