Your responsibilities

  • With growing CWSA portfolio there is an increasing demand for implementation of new technology and solutions that would improve our ways of working. Therefore, we are looking for a PRAS level high-skilled specialist to coordinate work on over 20 clients, that would be responsible for driving continuous improvement in CWSA among all our private Clients, this is a role to coordinate on over 20 clients and in addition, would be operational support to the core team in the times of peaks if required.

  • Review processes, procedures and governance that are in place and look how these can be redefined to ensure more robust onboarding process

  • Drive the innovation across multiple accounts from the stage of concept to its implementation

  • Responsible for the maintenance and ease of use of account’s process documentation e.g. operations manuals, process flow, templates etc.

  • Close cooperation with multiple stakeholders across different functions incl. Compliance and Data Privacy Office

  • Ensure compliance with account’s contractual obligations by defining, re-engineering, implementing and monitoring key processes to mitigate any risk

  • Coordinating cross-account projects and also experience in running such projects on a large volume of records

Our requirements

  • Onboarding and/or Vetting Experience,

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Package, especially MS Excel,

  • Experience in identifying and introducing process innovations and be capable to appraise risks and opportunities in client’s demands, new solutions, process changes,

  • High level of energy and proactivity when interacting with all stakeholder groups,

  • Strong interpersonal skills,

  • Knowledge of VMSes/ ATSes (i.e. Talentlink, Fieldglass, Beeline) and previous Contingent Administration experience would be an asset.

  • Experience in using technology to introduce operational process efficiencies.
