Your responsibilities

  • Be a data driven, process aware subject matter expert

  • Study market practice and trends in both compensation and benefits areas and provide competitive insights & best practices to local HR and Talent Acquisition

  • Recommend data driven solutions and translate technical content into accessible communication

  • Support C&B mgr in program review and design across EMEAI and support regional implementation of global C&B programs

  • Partner with local HR and Talent Acquisition in support of business objectives

  • Zoom in on and analyze country specific data and relevant market trends to determine market competitiveness and internal equity

  • Participate in annual salary and benefits surveys for specific countries in EMEAI

  • Develop and conduct analysis, interpret salary survey data in order to develop salary ranges for all EMEAI countries

  • Support annual processes (i.e. compensation cycle,..)

  • Promotes constant attention on data accuracy and drives audits related to compensation controls

  • Provide compensation training to newcomers in local HR

  • Workday Data Support: help to maintain compensation documentation and work with HR Enablement for process improvements in Workday

Our requirements

  • In depth knowledge of Core Compensation and Benefits terminology and best practices alongside a strong up to date market knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of Job Evaluation Methodology and grading systems.

  • Excellent numerical and analytic capability with advanced Excel skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. We are willing to consider a variety of backgrounds.

  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and be hands on, ability to work well independently

  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation is a plus

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced large organization with an EMEAI remit is highly desirable

  • Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
