Process and Systems Support SME

Purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to act as 1st line of support for systems used in GBS, support system implementations and optimize processes and systems.

Your job and key responsibilities

  • 1st line support of Incidents and Change Requests from SAP End Users
  • Providing in-depth knowledge about optimal use of SAP tools, including layouts and reports in BEx Analyzer and BPC
  • Investigate and solve incident if possible; escalate to 2nd line support if necessary
  • Support implementation of SAP system, Invoice Management workflow, CPS, Concur, People Point, Sharepoint and other tools
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests
  • Provide trainings to End Users in GBS and Business
  • Improve processes and systems
  • Promote the agreed support procedures including. relevant documentation – understand requirements and challenge adequatly
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of systems (SAP, VIM, CPS, People Point, Sharepoint etc) guidelines and process documentation
  • Contribute to development of self service tools primarily on BrainWeb

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in Financial Processes
  • Technology: knowledge SAP, VIM is must; able to learn CPS, People Point, BEx Analyzer, BPC, Sharepoint
  • Languages: English – fluent
  • Higher university degree
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and communications tools including Excel and Power Point
  • Self-starter: pro-actively seeking for areas for improvement, optimisation and support; curious and passionate
  • Communication Skills: able to clearly communicate and tailor the message to respective audience; able to prepare and conduct crisp presentation from very detailed information; able to conduct presentations to various group of people
  • Dealing with ambiguity & uncertainty: finds it easy to work in a very dynamic environment; able to add structure where structure in missing but also flexible in approach
  • Virtual working: can work easily in virtual environment, through communicators, emails; command of virtual working tools and technology
  • Trainer and coaching skills: able to conduct the training in an easy to follow way; manage effectively training group dynamics
  • Analytical skills: able to perform process analysis based on large amount of data; able to see the big picture as well as the depth of a situation; able to deep dive into data and bring up a comprehensive picture; system thinker; structured in approach to analysis
