    At this position you will manage all the aspects of the internal publishing process – you will be responsible for communication, help in gathering materials from past projects and publish them on our internal knowledge platform.


    • Liaise with Consultants to obtain project materials and publish these materials on an internal knowledge platform to facilitate sharing of Intellectual Capital across OW.
    • Review, update and improve Knowledge Database records (SharePoint) - ensure that data remain relevant and accurate, chase Clients for any missing information
    • Manage metadata to facilitate user searching on internal knowledge platform
    • Provide support to Consultants and Knowledge Management peers on the proper use of knowledge tools, databases and how to comply with the knowledge sharing guidelines
    • Cooperate with other KM teams and Oliver Wyman departments
    • Organize and facilitate cross-team meetings


    • Are proficient in English (both written and spoken)
    • Like multi-tasking and have strong organizational skills
    • Prefer working independently but with great attention to detail and high accuracy
    • Have excellent communication and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Would like to collaborate with colleagues on different seniority levels and from different areas of the business
    • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PPT and Word) and good familiarity with Excel and Adobe Acrobat
