Your responsibilities
Working closely with Technical Team Managers and Engineers
Understanding and development of customers’ environment and service delivery requirements;
Following established processes and recommending improvements to these as appropriate;
Understanding as well as taking responsibility and ownership of customer’s problem
Using relevant information to diagnose and resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner;
Organizing data and providing complex reports as a result of retrieving the metadata from different data sources (financial, human resources, administrative);
Providing status updates and developing communication to inform executive leadership;
Escalating issues as necessary to deliver required SLA/KPIs;
Acting as an effective and helpful member of the team, demonstrating initiative.
Our requirements
Excellent approach to business model and working under SLA requirements;
Advance IT knowledge (Windows Platforms, Networking, VDI environment);
Strong customer relationship and excellent problem solving;
Excellent communication and team work;
Drive and determination;
Initiative to constantly improve solution methods;
Flexible approach and working well under pressure;
Time management;
Ability to prioritise tasks;
Experience in working with the transitions;
Proficiency in Verbal and Written English including Technical Vocabulary;
Good knowledge of Excel.
