Your responsibilities
Develop the new and improve the existing technological processes
Prepare and update the technological documentation for new launches and for current changes
Prepare, update, archive the technological data
Prepare the process data - cycle times and material consumption
Ensure the proper layout of the production lines
Determine, verify and modify the operating parameters of the machines
Cooperate with the manufacturers of the machinery and equipment in the technical matters
Initiate and conduct the improvement projects
Optimize the operational processes in terms of safety, quality and cost
Cooperate with the production department in the field of current process maintenance and improvements implementation
Organize and conduct trainings for employees on production improvement systems
Our requirements
University degree from the technical studies (i.e. Mechanical Engineering)
Experience from the manufacturing company, background from the automotive industry will be an asset
Knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949
English knowledge (verbal and written)
Creativity and problem solving attitude
