Your responsibilities
Coordination, execution and governance of activities for Services & Metrics management (incl.: gathering requirements, creation of definitions and algorithm and coordinate metrics digitalization);
Preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports and data analysis;
Looking for opportunities to analyze data and providing data based conclusions for assigned stream;
Participate in transition projects to ensure successful service adoption and compliance with GSC PL requirements;
Cooperation with Global, Area stakeholders when needed.
Our requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university,
2-3 years of working experience with processes,
Previous experience with SAP/Project Management/Business Analysis will be an advantage,
Previous experience with process development and/or business process redesign is a must,
Experience in Data Analysis would be preferable,
Ability to work on various tasks at the same time & prioritize tasks with limited supervision Ability to prioritize tasks with limited supervision,
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (preferable previous experience with Excel and Power BI),
Ability to work on data quality and data management,
Communication, presentation and meetings management skills,
Ability to cope with complexity and uncertainty.

Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper processes and metrics maintenance in operations, overseeing and supporting data analysis and process mining. The person on this position is involved in process improvement initiatives and is participating in transferring new processes into GSC.
