Your responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives and other projects across FUJIFILM, and in conjunction with BPOs to deliver efficiencies and benefits to internal and external customers

  • Challenge internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities from process improvement initiatives

  • Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the Stakeholders

  • Coordinate change management projects and transitions

  • Manage and develops a continuous improvement culture across the business

  • Facilitate and stimulates continuous improvement in FUJIFILM through organization of the brainstorming, workshops and other initiatives leading to process standardization

  • Identify issues and address them to senior stakeholders

  • Support current FUJIFILM project agenda

  • Work closely with Team Leaders, Business Partners, HR and Business Process Owners

Our requirements

  • >5 years of experience using leading methodologies and processes. (eg, Agile, ISO, Lean/Six Sigma or similar)

  • Fluent English

  • Preferably degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ or Business Administration

  • Experience in project coordination

  • Ability to build and manage effective project teams, perform effectively within budgetary guidelines and is decisive and confident, with the ability to effectively engage Project Stakeholders

  • Proven experience in projects coordination and optimizing processes

  • Knowledge of and ability to understand business environment

  • Ability to understand stakeholders/business partners needs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus

  • Ability to successfully coordinate activities of the matrix/project teams

  • Proactiveness, problem-solving attitude

  • Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership

  • Capable to adjust to the situation
