Your responsibilities
Lead the improvement of manufacturing and quality processes in Thales DIS Polska, Tczew Factory
Focus on reduction of manufacturing cost of non-quality (CONQ)
Identify and analyze manufacturing process deficiencies
Plan, lead and implement processes, technology and quality improvement actions and projects
Cooperate with different departments: production, engineering, maintenance, quality, corporate technical and quality teams in order to implement the improvements
Be part of dedicated problem solving methodology training program
Support continuous improvement and quality culture building
This role reports to the Plant Manager and the Global Improvement Program Manager
Our requirements
2 - 5 years work experience in industrial improvement projects
University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Material Engineering or Quality/Production Process Engineering
Fluent English
Knowledge of problem solving methods (Quality Tools, PDCA, FMEA, SPC, CPK) and experience in Lean Manufacturing
Creative, proactive and objective oriented attitude,
Strong analytical skills
Ability to learn and grow
Good communication skills
Teamwork
Work under pressure
