Your responsibilities

You will be based in our Poznan office as part of our McKinsey Global Services (MGS) Continuous Improvement team and leadership to ensure delivery of Continuous Improvement and automation strategy.

You will be preparing processes for automation deployment.

In this role, your responsibilities include process analysis and redesign, gaps and wastes identification, developing process flows, ensuring detailed process documentation, executing test automation plans, ensuring quality of automated processes.

You will search, analyze and evaluate process automation solutions to ensure process efficiency, alignment with organization’s digital strategy, as well as policies and standards. This includes engaging with internal and external parties (vendors) to find suitable automation solutions, managing requirement specifications, designing strategy, proof of concept and implementation plans, risk assessment.

Your tasks will also include researching further opportunities and supporting future development of NewTech/AI solutions and serving as automation champion by creating and promoting best practices to others seeking to streamline and automate existing manual business processes.

Our requirements

  • Experience in successfully leading multiple continuous improvement projects, delivering significant impact and high-quality

  • Experience in change and project management area

  • Experience in IT project, business process area and governance

  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with and understanding of technologies that can serve in process improvement and automation

  • Experience in dealing with customers and conveying difficult concepts in an effective way to business users, leadership and further stakeholders

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Strong research and innovation skills and ability to solve difficult vision and learning problems

  • Interest in programming and further development in this area

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
