Your responsibilities
Work for one of Europe’s largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat with the main market in Scandinavia
Participate in projects related to the data processing quality, data management, and security
Coordination of assigned projects and ensuring that related systems are properly working
Responsibility for the process for Service Asset and Configuration Management
Coordinate with a group of users about the process and its implementation
Ensure error reports are being analyzed and followed up on
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Configuration Management
Experience in working with CMDBs (preferably BMC Atrium CMDBs)
Willingness to learn and constantly develop\
Fluent English, written and spoken
High communication skills
Optional
Knowledge of query writing (SQL) and reporting tools
ITIL v.4 Framework certification
