Your responsibilities
Leading end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
Playing a key role in Accenture’s Process Mining capability development
Engaging and leading client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos
Driving continuous improvement with regards to Process Mining methodology, tools, practices
Leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
Advising on Operating Model for Process Mining capability
Our requirements
Master’s degree in in Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Business from top Universities, preferred postgraduate, MBA
7+ years overall industry or consulting experience with international exposure on Process Mining/ Data Analytics/ Business Transformation projects
Knowledge of Process Mining filed and one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR or similar software). People Management skills: supervision of Accenture analysts and consultants and client personnel
Project and programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes. Work experience in any of the following functional domains: Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management is a plus
Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a plus. Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification is a big plus
English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired
