Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Revision in pRAM Vulscan and Malware Defense Mgmt documentation
• Managing pRAM documentation/keeping it up to date
• Dealing with ovd APARs/NCIs
• Preparing monthly BOM reports
• Driving process improvements
• Track antivirus report
• Track the AV status, and addressing the potential issues to responsible parties
• Ensure the AV violations are addressed in Incident or OpenPages Issue
• Managing the security policy concerns on Vulscan mgmt side
• Managing the assets replacement on Vulscan
• Revision/ creation of new DoU for DACH accounts
• Hosting the Vulscan and Malware Defense Mgmt calls
• First point of contact for Audit related topics
• Creating a risks records, GeCEP when needed
• Keep an eye on vulscan campaigns
• Responsible for claim code extension on Vulscan and Malware Defense Mgmt
• Handling on daily basis Vulscan questions related to scans on demand (charging)
• Handling concerns related to Vulscans on old Data Centers
• Ensuring the new boarded accounts are covered by Vulscan Process as contracted
• Driving process improvements
• Interlock with IMT DACH Management if required
