Process Quality Analyst in F&A department
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks on transactions based on predefined sample
- Monitoring correctness and accuracy of quality checks performed by respective teams
- Audits on adherence to standards and work instructions
- Root cause analysis, identifying corrective and preventive actions, proposing structural improvements
- Identifying improvements to the quality framework to increase quality across the processes
- Support in reporting quality-related SLAs
- Support in collection of quality-related artefacts - regular review and update
- Maintaining cooperation with Team Leads, Ops Managers and Quality Lead/Manager with regards to quality related aspects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in F&A processes (PTP/OTC/RTR)
- Accuracy and eye for detail
- Problem identification and structural problem-solving skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
