Your responsibilities
Investigate, analyze and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures.
Support and perform in efficient and effective way compliance quality audit operations.
Promote quality culture within the organization.
Design and optimize E2E processes in a business environment with the involvement of all relevant internal stakeholders.
Define appropriate KPIs for value streams and set up a monitoring system for compliance and continuous improvement.
Work with internal customers in the creation of standards, guidelines and SOPs.
Support other internal process quality management activities in the company.
Our requirements
5+ extensive experience in Process or Project/Delivery Management within professional services.
Demonstrated operating knowledge of continuous improvement approaches using lean, kaizen and/or six sigma.
Understanding of industry wide quality standards - CMMI, ITIL, ISO.
Process auditor experience will be a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture their requirements, analyze business needs and implement working solutions.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
Ability to convince by facts and data.
Ability to fluently communicate in English.
