    Process Specialist in F&A department with foreign languages

    Location: Warszawa



    • Coordinate problem resolution
    • Cooperation with site Controller and finance team
    • Daily posting incoming payments,
    • Cooperation with site managers on the approval of invoices and PO coordination
    • Provide leadership in administration of all components of P2P processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments
    • Compliance, approval verification and quality control review
    • Management reporting specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/GL
    • Identify and present solutions for process improvements
    • Work with other team leaders to ensure that the Warsaw SSC is meeting or exceeding performance levels
    • Audit support specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/ GL
    • Responsible for staff trainings
    • Monitoring and managing workload within the team
    • Resolve conflict and assist others as required
    • Monitor and analyze actual vs prior year results (deviation analysis)
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the management
    • Manage month end closing process
    • Monitor financial performance - close cooperation with the accounting department
    • Monitor current assets including accounts receivable and inventory analysis
    • In the case of irregularities develop a recovery plan
    • Coordinate and develop norms and standard cost
    • Prepare and report Inventory revaluation
    • Prepare analysis for local and group needs
    • Proactive work on process improvements, optimization and standardization


    • Previous experience in SSC/BPO environment
    • General accounting principles knowledge
    • Fluent English,
    • Another European languages: (German, French, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Czech, Spanish, Hungarian)
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment
    • Attention to details, flexibility and willingness for improving processes
    • Customer Service orientation
