Becoming a Procurement Analyst at Capita:

As a Procurement Analyst you will support the Group Procurement team in management, development and coordination of various procurement activities. You will use your analytical skills and attention to details to provide report-automation through available tools, using Excel and Power BI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing self-service Power BI platform
  • Preparing financials for decks for presentations to senior management
  • Supporting procurement leads and advising on baseline analysis and techniques to ensure they fully understand how the baseline is constructed to aid overall sourcing activity
  • Ad hoc financial analysing and reporting as required
  • Ad hoc and periodic reporting

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Advanced level of English (C1 is desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills to advanced level
  • Strong communication skills and ability to obtain data
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Proactiveness in relationships with stakeholders
  • Power BI experience would be an asset
  • Previous corporate experience considered an asset
  • Procurement background would be an asset
