Your responsibilities

The purpose of Procurement Associate is to support smooth and cost-effective flow of goods between internal and external parties involved in the supply chain process focusing on purchase orders management while mastering material planning and stock management skills in peer to peer cooperation with Material Planning and Procurement Specialist

The role is available from 1st June 2021.

Responsibilities:

-Manages purchase orders

-Acts as a contact person of HAVI Supply Chain to suppliers

-Delivers reports to reconcile incoming goods and placed orders

-Participates in the search for alternative sources of supply

-Accountable for processing inbound and outbound claims with suppliers

-Follows up on issues connected to the payment of the invoices

-Ensures that the quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements

-Pro-actively identifies potential issues and finds solutions to avoid them

-Finds solutions for incidences and liaises with other internal stakeholders to implement them

Our requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience in processing purchase orders or managing clients' orders

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Russian/Ukrainian and English (min. B2)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP system is a must

  • University degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent experience is a strong asset

  • 'Can do' attitude with ability to work as a team member but also act independently

  • Continues Improvement mindset

  • Openness to business travel during transition period

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • High problem-solving ability

  • Stress resistance
