Your responsibilities
Preparing of financials for decks for presentation to senior management
Supporting procurement leads and advise on baseline analysis and techniques to ensure they fully understand how the baseline is constructed to aid overall sourcing activity
Supporting for Contract Management team, be able to review contracts and provide recommendation to the business
Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Assisting and upskilling other Team members
Helping management with task delegation and prioritisation
Our requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, at least C1 level
Ability to deliver concise accurate information in a time pressured environment
Proactiveness in relationship with stakeholders
Intermediate level on Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Previous experience in international office environment
Excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Optional
Analytics, Power BI skills
