Your responsibilities

  • Manage P2P Procurement content creation in respective tools (Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba P2O, internal Philips tools).

  • Translate business requirements into tools configurations, policies and work instructions for the operational teams.

  • Ensure the right quality of operations according to the existing standards and the KPIs

  • Manage escalations and take corrective actions when necessary

  • Support Procurement Business Process Experts in tools’ change requests implementations

  • Support/initiate and execute process improvement projects

  • Ensure proper knowledge management and communication to customers and stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Fluent English is a must

  • Experience in working with procurement processes and tools is a must (tool administration/ configuration or alike)

  • Knowledge of Ariba Guided Buying/ P2O or similar procurement tools is required

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of organization

  • Dynamic and customer-oriented mind-set

  • Proactive approach and a “can-do” attitude

  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail

  • Analytical skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
