Your responsibilities
Collecting offers and coordinating the supplier selection process,
Analysis and negotiation of contracts with suppliers,
Coordinating the process of concluding contracts with suppliers,
Support for employees and management in administrative matters, purchasing process, conclusion of contracts,
Ensuring compliance of administrative processes with company procedures and applicable law.
Our requirements
University degree in management, administration or law,
2+ years of experience in a position related to commercial contracts,
Analytical thinking skills,
Professional communication skills both oral and written,
Excellent English and Polish command.
Optional
Competence in process improvement and cost optimization.
